Tom Garland
Chairman and CEO, MotoGlide Auto Transport
Tom Gartland serves as MotoGlide’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, where he directs the company’s path, fosters its corporate culture, and guides the management team towards success.
From 2017 to May 2023, Tom was a Senior Advisor for AEA Investors and the Executive Chairman of Scan Global Logistics (SGL), a $3 billion global freight forwarder operating in 45 countries with annual revenue growth exceeding 30%. Tom successfully led the transition of the majority shareholdings from AEA Investors to CVC Capital Partners. His extensive experience in strategic roles highlights Tom’s expertise in driving the growth and success of businesses.
Matt Hinson
Managing Partner, Kedge Capital Partners
Matt Hinson is the Managing Partner at Kedge Capital Partners, a lower middle market investment firm recognized for leveraging technology, strategy, and data science expertise to enhance business outcomes across various sectors.
Before joining Kedge Capital Partners, Matt held senior leadership roles at Transportation Insight, Rosetta Ventures, MullenLowe Group, and Dish Network. In these positions, he spearheaded extensive technology and business strategy transformations, managed P&L exceeding $150 million, and participated in significant domestic and international M&A transactions.
